need 8"x4" ebony resawn

hi, i need to resaw a block of black ebony in pretty fine tolerances with the final thickness of veneers being 1/8" thick, the piece is 8"x4"x1"... if use of a drum sander to smooth resawn pieces to final thickness is available that would help a lot as well... so if anyone could help with time on a bandsaw and thickness sander i would very much appreciate it... i am located in raleigh, thank you very much

I would love to put my new Laguna BS to work, but Charlotte is a bit far when there are a few closer to you...

Unfortunately, your block of wood is too short for my horizontal resaw. It would be best to do it by hand on a bandsaw.
