I didn’t see any at that price but I saw a couple around $200-250 after I posted here. I had no idea since I don’t usually look at L-N planes.

Everyone needs to own at least one Lie Nielsen plane. You’ll have to pry the
4 1/2 out of my dead fingers. . The LN block rabbet is worth every penny.

Most of my planes are WoodRiver (4, 6, 7, blocks). I got rid of all my old Stanley’s. I like the weight, thicker irons and cap irons.

Agreed. I love my 4-1/2 LN.

I really like my old Stanleys, but I agree the blades and cap irons could use some help. My #4 and 5 have Veritas PMV11 and Hock irons respectively. I may replace the others over time but they are ok for now.
