Well, this nefarious character showed today to dirty up my shop and work on the rockers:

Soooo... I figured an extra hand-sweet- I'll get him to help me resaw another log, so I got out the chainsaw and got the bandsaw ready to go:

and then we gave the ol' Laguna a workout:

and here's the results:

we ended up with 1 12/4 piece and a few 4 8/4 pieces with 1 6/4 piece left over. Thanks again to the Woodwrangler( again how appropriate) for all the help. Hope ya'll enjoy

Who is that character? You shouldn't let that kind of low-life woodworking scum in the shop ... never know what will happen ... maybe even some sawdust in that pristine shop!

Notice it's like 50 degrees outside and he's got me using a fan to keep "cool". :rotflm: Okay, that was my dust extraction system (blowing the dust out the door from my flap sander) :gar-La;

That looks like the same rascal that was trying to get Tracy to buy everyones dinner Saturday!

Atleast you got some work out of him while he was there.

Your rocker is looking great, please keep us posted on your progress!
