That’s a Milwaukee Tool router motor, model 5616-29 (2¼ HP fixed-base router motor). The label shows variable speed (10,000–24,000 RPM).
Runs great. Comes with homemade base for table mounting. With 1/2 and 1/4 collets, and an additional base. Cord is a bit rough, other than that - excellent condition. $80

Just FYI, pictures definitely help with selling. I have to resist since I currently have 4 routers of various sizes and for various purposes.
