no... a whole desk take at least 4 days!:gar-La; more like a week if I wait for the glue to dry. day 1 the rough lumber is machined to size. day 2 stiles rails are cut and shaped and the panels are glued up. with me so far? day 3 the legs are turned and the drawers [up to 8 of them] are made without fronts and the panels are sanded and raised. day 4 the boxes are made with face frames the panels are sprayed 2 coats along with drawers. day 5 everything is assembled sanded and preped for finish. day 6 everything gets sprayed as many coats as needed. day 7 the drawer slides get installed and the thing is carried into the office and put in place. tops take an additional couple days when I get a round tuit! :gar-Bi prolly could get the tops done during the desk steps but I dont have that much room or that many clamps.:eusa_danc any questions?.... ask Jeff....:rotflm:
