Makita 5007NBA Circular saw

Can anyone give me any info on this saw? Have a friend selling one for $50, 13amps. Thinking about upgrading from my black and decker 10amp saw. My B&D saw is 20 years old and working, is the Makita much better?

my 5007 is 20+ and still smooth as glass. I am in construction so it has been hard use. they are 119.00 new. I would be on this like a duck on a june bug!:icon_thum

I've had great service with both of mine. One for the shop, for nice work and one for my guys to use in the field using for form work for concrete construction. It's had a hard life, but still cuts great and looks great. :icon_thum
