Magswitch Resaw Fence

Anyone use this for resawing? I have tried using Dan’s (Danmart) knife edge resaw fence but I have a tough time keeping it clamped to the cast iron table.

I actually have both the Carter products and the Mag Switch fences.
Both are very good units I do think the Carter is a bit better since the over all length is longer and its a bit easier to turn the clamping switches.
I just use a square to line up the fence and your good to go.

I resaw quite a bit of barn wood and rough sawn wood so I have them set on each side of the saw blade and that helps stabilize the wood when cutting.

I use one Danny. For resawing, I have the plastic addon resaw fence for added height and stability. I usually use the regular fence on my band saw to align it before turning the switches. It works excellent for me on my Jet 14" with riser block.
