Looking for some help at the AAW event on Sunday morning through closing.

Hey guys, we are in a dilemma in that we are short help on this Sunday. We had a member scheduled to attend and help with a family emergency and that puts us short of help. If you can and only if you can please reply to this post and we will get the details worked out.

We are still looking for some volunteers to help tomorrow.

This is truly sad. We have one person to man the booth and close it out tomorrow. As a group are we going to leave one man standing alone to close this down. Can we have person from the friendliest site on the web step up. PLEASE.

Where is this place and what time do I need to be there.

The Raleigh Convention Center downtown. I’d say if you showed about 12 to 12:30 that would work. It’s primarily to break down and load the trailer. The AAW is providing help getting our items from the hall to the trailer but we still have to load.

Just so everybody understands, I will be the only person representing NCWW in our booth on Sunday!!!! There were others signed up, however family emergencies happen and they can't be there. I would really be nice if someone could show up around 10 or even earlier BUT more importantly I need some help breaking down the lathes and loading them into the trailer. Mike has volunteers to drive 2-1/2 hours to come to Raleigh to help with this task. There are a LOT of members in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and local surrounding area that are much more convenient. It sure would be nice if I could get a break to use the restroom.....
