Looking for local woodworker

Hello,

I am a woodworker in the Albemarle, NC area looking for a local woodworker to collaborate, share ideas, and work on projects with?

I have a 5000 Sq Ft shop where I Build custom furniture, décor, and functional pieces. I am wanting to learn and share skills and techniques, swap tips on tools, joinery, finishes, shop machines, and help each other out on all types of projects.
I use traditional hand tools, (which I am not the best with), and modern machinery.

We share photos of our projects and tips here. But there are also frequent get togethers when someone offers to teach a class in something like sharpening, lathe work, etc. There is also a trailer full of tools for outreach sessions that has been taken to locations and shows, with members here becoming teachers to help people learn woodworking basics, hopefully to get them interested and starting in woodworking and then to join us here and begin building their own shops. You are welcome to attend or participate in these whenever they happen, either as a student or a teacher.
