Looking for HVAC and roofing companies

My brother in law is moving to Durham next month, and the house he is buying needs, among other things, a new roof and HVAC unit. Any recommendations for individuals or companies would be appreciated.

Southern Idea Home show is this coming up weekend (Sept. 25 - 27th)at the State Fairgrounds, and there will be lots of vendors.

I'm just east of Raleigh, so not sure if the vendors I use will go that far, but worth a call.

HVAC I use Stephenson HVAC 919-329-0686

Stephenson put the HVAC system in my addition, and On Tops did the roofing for my addition. I've also used them on real estate properties I manage. Depending on what part of Durham, that may be a bit out of their coverage area, but give them a call and see.
