OWWM.org has a classified section. You have to join and make a few posts before you can use the classifieds, but that crowd is very likely to find you one. Whether or not it is near by is anybody's guess.
Ben Rock of Pleasant Street Machinery in DeKalb Ill. may know where one is.
Those are rare birds for sure and hard to find unless you don't want one.

thanks Mark, that is a solid machine and a good price, but we really want a portable chain mortiser so we can take it to the work and not the other way around.

I saw one a while back in my ramblings but it was an original hand cranked version. Didn't interest me so I passed on by.

Don't remember where.... Somewhere relatively near home.
