Looking for ~100 bfd 4/4 poplar

Hello,
Does anyone out there has some spare poplar for sale close to Durham? I am looking for about 100 bfd of 4/4 poplar , but must be dried (i.e ready to use).

Are you looking for kiln dried or air dried?

If air dried is ok I have plenty of it for you.

I have ~700bf of rough sawn 4/4 poplar ~12ft. long and 6-10" widths.

We cut a few big poplars last year on the mill and I used them to side my tractor shed.

I am a bit far from you but if you want some you are more than welcome to it.

Bernhard, I checked my stock and I only have around 32 bd ft, mostly 4/4 x 6" wide and 8' long.

Have you checked with Rick at The Woodworking Source? (See the ad at right) He usually has an awesome stock of a wide variety of kiln dried woods. We could activate the pony express to get it to you if needed. I could get it to Rowan county if that would help, I could even schedule a half way meeting with you to get it to you next Saturday. I am going to CC Rick on this if you are interested and if he has the wood.

Did you ever find the poplar you were looking for? If not I have some but I'm in Winston!
