I have one of the WoodTurners Wonders blue Angle drill.I used it today for the first time.It works really good.I wish I could put it in on postion so I wouldnt have to squeeze it all the time.It would be easier on my hands. (Arthritis )I could put a tie wrap around the trigger to the desired speed and plug it into an outlet controlled by a switch. Any other ideas??? I wish there would be something I am missing made into it.

You could put a breeze clamp around the trigger to keep it on all the time, then control it using a foot switch like this one

The foot switch is going to be the best and easiest solution. The way those drills are made, there's no easy way to lock the mechanism in the on position. They are fairly similar in looks and design to the Sioux drills but not quite the identical.
