Phil Lowe was a great teacher.. I think Alf Sharp is a great teacher, unfortunately his (complete) teaching videos are behind a paywall, also like Mary May and to show you my age how about Tage Frid..
I'd say one of the best resources I've found for training/teaching technique with high quality close up videos is any of Matt Estlea's (YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@MattEstlea/videos) early video work from ~5yrs ago. I believe his tutorial videos gives some of the best getting to the point advice and explanations as to "why" for the techniques taught. I'm sure there are many others out there like the already mentioned Paul Sellers, Rob Cosman, etc...
