Likely Insect Damage

While spraying for insects inside my garden building (built in 2013), I found this damage on the northwest corner. I see no signs of water on the inside walls, which still look like new wood. The outside corner looks undamaged. I see no signs of termite tunnels, but I have not pulled up the floor in the corner very much. The block foundation has no vents installed.

Does look like tunnels thru the wood, so my first guess is termite, they probably came in from the other side. And if that wood touched the ground, they don't need the tunnels.

Also did you check if there is some kind of leak allowing water to get trapped in that area?

Cut out the damaged wood and burn it.

Think about your house. Then call a pest control and get some termite treatment going.
