Need to build a wine rack and ship it to West coast from East coast.
The plan is to ship it in compact packaging unassembled for easy assembly by recipient.
Anyone do assembly furniture and what is your favorite hardware?
Woodworker's Supply usually has a large selection of hardware. I don't know exactly which of their hardware categories "knock down" would come under, but it's probably in there somewhere.
I've used a lot of cam lock fasteners. Assuming that works with your requirements. Easy to install and easy to assemble. Plus they snug up tight. Hafele makes a good one. Think I've even seen others in big box stores.
