Not an expert, but aren't most of them very similar?

Curious how that design supports different post diameters.

Does not look like it would be hard to make that piece from a bit of cold-rolled steel. In a pinch of course.

I made one for my big lathe with wood and steel, I can make this one, don’t need it yet.
Would like to have a matched pair.

Hey Mike - if you're not already a member, check out OWWM.org. (Old WoodWorking Machines). Once you are registered as a member/ user, go to the BOYD forum, (Bring Out Your Dead). The guys over there really like their acronyms, ha.

The BOYD is effectively the classified section for old machine parts/ components that don't otherwise exist in the wild - and the group over there is extremely helpful. If you don't immediately see what you are after, post a want add there, and I am almost sure someone will reach out directly. The knowledge and "spare parts" collection (hoarding?) of the folks over there is impressive!
