Definitely interesting, I am betting the author and his associates never had occasion to use a molding head on a tablesaw. I use an old Craftsman head and by using a straight cutter in conjunction with my miter gauge I believe I could easily duplicate the joint. Younger woodworkers see a dado or rabbet and do not consider the molding heads. :wsmile:

Definitely a joint to consider when trimming out Saunas and Steam rooms. A small version would work well with Cigar Humidors.
