I'm having too much fun!

Yesterday I got to spend a coupla hours with Steve our revered founder and picked up the HTC clamp holder. Thanks Steve :icon_thum We had fun talking shop and I checked out his much maligned wood storage rack! What blasphemy :!: The rack looks great, functions perfectly, and compactly stores a variety of wood types :eusa_clap

Today I shared breakfast (extending almost to lunch) with Bernhard. He is a fount of information. My only regret is not taping the visit because I won't remember all the good info he provided. He was also kind enough to share, Jeff Jewitt's "Complete Illustrated Guide to Finishing". Next I made a brief visit to his office where I got to view pixs of his current project--a new home and shop

Bernhard, please post some pixs--the house is going to be awesome :-D

The sharing via NCWoodworker is great, but meeting individuals and sharing (uh, more taking than sharing on my part) really rocks :toothy9:

Sound like you did have a good time. It is easy to kill a few hours talking with Steve. Were you actually able to get into his shop:lol: :lol: . I think the ability to meet members of this site is one of the best things about it.
