The Starret's I have were made between 81-83 These I think they were USA

The Starrett hole saws are made in China. Last I read, Milwaukee, Lenox, and Century are made in the USA. I'm sure someone will correct me if wrong.

We sold (new owner still does) Century products in our hardware store, they make quality items.
Yeah the items they actually manufacturer have been high quality in my experience. But unfortunately they've started sourcing a lot of cheap garbage from China and selling it under their brand, probably a desperate move to boost sales. I don't really hear many people talk about Century drill so I don't know if they are a niche supplier for a specific market or what.
