Help Sanding 36" Table Top

I'm working on a 36"x48" or so butcher block top for an island made out of a chunk of old bowling alley (yeah, I know, crazy :eusa_doh. Does anyone have access to a wide belt sander I could run this thing through?

I'm sick of going at it with hand held tools, so I'd appreciate any help.

I have the Performax 22" which allows up to 44" of sanding, but I live in Raleigh

The last (and only) time I needed a wide belt sander, I went to a local cabinet shop that had one and paid to have it run through. Local, help loading and unloading and done quickly, all pluses.
