If you aren't aware, these are the chisels Paul Sellers uses and recommends. I don't own any, I don't need any..... but I'm gonna grab a set just to check them out for that price. :thumbs_up

My set seems to be over harden because I have had some chipping of the edge.

Any advice on reducing that brittleness (annealing?) would be appreciated.

I have used several sets and haven't found that to be an issue. However, I gave two sets away and so I can't speak as to how they've held up since then.

The one set I use now are decent tools... Not as beveled as my Narex but they sharpen and hold an edge well.
