Hardwood flooring...wonder what type of finish?

Just wondering if any have experience with a hardwood floor install similar to this and what one might think the finish app is to give it this hue? Love this. It looks almost like Loblolly Pine with several coats of Waterlox finish. Definitely need to enlarge the photo by clicking on it to see the detail I am referencing.

We used Bona Traffic HD (satin) on new white oak. It's water-borne polyurethane that's held up well for us and there's no yellowing after several years.

Oh cool Jeff, thanks. I was not aware of that line. I appreciate that tidbit. In the above picture, what type of flooring does that look like to you. It really looks like a pine to me.

The grain pattern and the loose black knot in the foreground make me think of pine, but its hard to tell. The finish looks like some sort of bleach or whitewash. These are becoming trendy in factory finishes.

What i can't figure out is whats with the giant gap between boards ? Almost looks like a grout joint (wood look tile) but I dont see any joints on the ends, suggesting long lengths.
