I am finally done with the projects I have been working on for Christmas.
One is Curly Hawaiian Koa and the other is BEM.
The KOA is for the LOML and the BEM os for my daughter.
I only have to buff the finish and they're done.
There are a few more pics of them in my gallery.
Now I don't have to worry about sneaking time in the garage!

It's nice to have the pressure of the deadline off of my back!

One question, why did you put pulls on the bottom drawer? It looks like it is mitered with the case base molding and designed to be a "hidden" drawer (that everyone knows about?)

Dave.....why didn't you bring that point up before I started about filling them. At least I know what I can get both for the next years.
Alan....The design of the bottom drawer changed during construction. The molding and drawer front were added later in the design. The jewelry box looked too "vertical" so I added the molding to break the piece up. The miter let me hide the end grain.
