Hey all,
Well, since we since we are in mixed company here (Insom:lol: ) I will define FNG as the Funny New Guy as opposed to using the more traditional definition.

First off I would like to thank Steve for giving me the opportunity to assist as a moderator. I am going take his advice and read through the threads in this forum as well as the Work Queue forum to get a better understanding of how I need to proceed. I will start reading these threads from the earliest to the latest and I will post any questions I might have in the appropriate thread so don't be surprised if you see a couple old topics pop-up, its just me trying to get smart.

I can honestly say I am by no means a subject matter expert in any of the forums lacking moderators at this time. However, after reading the post last night on "Moderation Guidelines" I reckon I can cover down on what ever forum you need me to Steve. Plug me in wherever I can assist, just give me a little time to get me feet on the ground.

Now, as you all pretty well know, I try to spend a fair amount of time on here. However, my job requires me to travel occasionally but normally no longer than a week at a time. In the event I will be out of the net for a bit I will post a note in this forum to let you all know and ask that someone cover down on me in my absence. I will be more than happy to do the same for any of you.

If any of you ever notice me being remiss in my duties as a moderator or doing something incorrectly please don't hesitate to point me back in the right direction.

You guys and gals have developed NCWW into a fantastic regional forum and I look forward to working with each of you as we continue to make NCWW better.

ditto, we're all part timers and have a lot to learn in terms of supporting Steve, who actually seems to know what he's doing. You make a great funny new guy and hopefully we won't turn this into a cluster fiesta.:lol:

Dl, you were born to be a Mod. you are active, knowledgable, friendly, have a honest interest in seeing this site grow and prosper, and you type well. You are a great asset to the team. And as Steve told me once, "this isn't a job, if it gets to be not fun then you can quit" or something like that. So the big thing is to have fun, be friendly and be active.
