This is a great saw which I bought new about 6 years ago and have used often. I am now upgrading to a stationary cabinet saw so would like to sell this over the next few weeks. These retail now for $1699. The saw is fully serviceable and fully capable of cutting 8/4 maple. This is a great, safe saw for a beginning woodworker.
There are two cosmetic scratches on the surface and a hairline crack in the dust port which affects nothing. I will include the standard combination blade as well as 4 clearance inserts with the saw - standard 1/8, 1/4, 3/4 and unused. The buyer is also welcome to my crosscut sleds (absent the imbedded T-tracks which I will repurpose). I have the owners manual.
The index finger on my right hand is glad that I bought this saw; yes, the brake system works! Saw is available in Fearrington Village outside of Chapel Hill. Asking $950.
