Genuine generic Taiwan drill press, no badge, nor name on manual. Great drill press that has served me well for almost 20 years. I added a laser, gooseneck light, chuck key holder, and handle extensions. 5/8” chuck with 3-1/8” quill travel. Here are some photos:

Pop-pop, I saw the picture of your drill press when I was researching information on mine. I have the same press and am looking a chuck key replacement. I am not having any luck and was wondering if you could remember a manufacturer or size Thanks in advance.

Suggest popping the arbor out of its taper and take the chuck and arbor to Ace, Lowe’s, or Homer’s and match it up. Chuck key pilot diameter and gear pitch vary.

This is another DP but procedure is the same. Lower the spindle and rotate until it looks like this:

Then insert the tapered wedge that came with your DP, whack with a hammer, and catch the chuck when it falls.
