I finally finished the bench a few weeks back and have been meaning to put some pictures up. The frame is made from I thin white pine and the top is just under 3 inch SYP. The shelves and drawers are 1/2" plywood. I have the two hold downs on the front, and the grizzly vise on the end. I have the Rockler caster system on all the legs. It claims to handle up to I think 500 pounds and when I get the bench up an the casters it moves very easily, the trick is getting the bench up on the casters. I am pretty sure the bench is pushing it max weigh capacity. I have found I have to pick up a corner and then push down the caster. Just do that on all four corners and it's up. The only thing I have left to do is drill out some dog holes.
