My Festool domino bit stopped spinning and rotating. the motor is still working fine. I think a gear must have stripped or broken. Anyone have any experience dealing with Festool and their service center?

Festool service is some of the best!
Shipping to them if under warrantee is free, but the costs to fix as you can imagine are not cheap...

If you have issues in under six months with the repair - everything is free! (ask me how I know... it is quite expensive to ship a CT36!)

I agree that Festool service is top notch! I had to have a vacuum repaired! Quick and easy!

It’s good, but they’re leaving out the part about give them your Visa # and go mix a drink, 🙂

Seriously, you need to get an estimate.

Yep that's a good price for a systainer with 100 3 1/2 inch sheets of sandpaper for only 87.99, $68 for the sys3 systainer and $19.99 for the sandpaper. Which by the way is the old sandpaper system for the RO 90, the new one is 85.00. Just saying.
