SWIW,I have both and they are about useless on anything other than softwoods or aluminum. If you need a cheap set of throwaway bits then go for it but otherwise you will be better served buying a quality bits set from Sears,Grainger or even Woodcraft than these,

I totally agree that is definitely some of the best ad copy I have ever seen :gar-La;

Looks suspiciously similar to the HF offering though you might save a few bucks... Probably nothing to write home about though.

The set from Tanga looks identical to the HF set and has been said durability is questionable. I spent a few dollars more on a similar nitride plated set from HF so that I could have number and letter sizes and so far it has worked out well. :wsmile:

with a drill doctor it might be worth it. I bought a cheap set of titanium bits from northern tool that were absolutely useless. After I got a drill doctor and ran a few bits through it, they worked great.
