David you might want to go into your "User Settings" under "Edit Options" and see what you have for Default Thread Subscription Mode - it might have changed somehow JAT

Thanks Rob,

Further investigation showed that AT&T changed the server and we needed our MX and A records changed. It seems that our MX record is now pointing to an IP address instead of a Name. The A record for the name is also pointing to the ip address. Apparently some servers expect to see the MX record pointing to a name and block the mail if it doesn't see one. I am asking our host to point the record to the name as opposed to the ip address and see if it improves. This is only affecting a tiny portion of my incoming emails. Thanks for investigating.
