Iwas just non a forum a typed a long reply to question asked and was summarily eliminated from the forum and had to log in on each and every link i wanted - is this how we operate?

I understand your frustration. This is not normal for the site. Did you finally get your login to stick? What web browser are you using? You might try clearing out all your temp internet files and rebooting your machine. If it continues to happen please let us know.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I can only assume that since you were working on a long reply, your login timed out. You can usually prevent this by clicking the box "Remember me" checkbox next to the username box on the top right of the screen (where you log in).
