Double glazed window repaired

We have the bottom half of a sash window where the double glazed panel has obviously failed as we see misting on the inside. Can these be repaired? if yes, where? (local to Raleigh or better still Pittsboro) if not, looks like I'll need to but a new complete window section, where would the best place be? Modern house, 5 years old, sliding/tilt windows.

If you can remove the offending window sash you can take it to most glass places and get them to replace the glass. Might take a couple of days though because they can't instantly make the double window pane. I have also removed the glass panes themselves and ordered new ones. As Clint Eastwood would say though.....you have to know your limits....and then do what you feel comfortable with. You measure wrong and you are screwed.

There are also places that will come out, measure and replace it. Obviously more costly.

I've dealt with Binswanger glass off US1 just inside the beltline. I think they come out too.
