I picked up an old (1937) joiner yesterday and need to build a table to support it. I am hoping to get some suggestions regarding height or anything else you might have to to suggest.
The jointer is a 6" model from 1937 (heavy!):
I read somewhere that it is a good idea to have the jointer next to the table saw and low enough that it does not interfere with the use of the table saw, this sounds like good advice to me.
