Design advice requested - progress photos

We installed the credenza today and now I have room to assemble the top

Phil, the credenza looks beautiful, I really like the color/finish! I know the new pastor will get a lot of enjoyment from his new desk and credenza! Now that everyone knows your skillset, I am predicting other opportunities will come your way.

Complete - glad to get this out of the shop
While some commented on the woodwork, everybody was amazed that the lights turn on by just touching the church logo that Joe Carr nicely engraved on the center vertical - I put a touch sensor 8mm behind the logo

The wood is African mahogany
Sanded to 220
Colored with General Finish gel stain Candlelight
One heavy coat of Mohawk vinyl sealer
Light sand with 320
Two coats of Mohawk finisher choice 40 sheen
I added 10% retarder to help with blush but still had some when spraying on high humidity days so 20 minutes after last lacquer coat I sprayed all surfaces with straight retarder and all blush was gone in seconds
Spray-it LVLP gun with 1.7 needle at 23 psi at gun
