Delta Contractor saw purchase question

A guy at work is looking for a contractor saw and he's asking me about one on Craigslist. I thought I'd throw it out here for opinions. :help:

He wants mobility, quality, value and doesn't want a cabinet saw. On this one, I really only see the old style fence as being a minus, but the other things look OK to me. Is the price right?

If he waits another week or so will there be a better one that comes along? :eusa_thin

If your friend doesn't need all of the "stuff" he is throwing in like the dado blade, I can get him a very similar old craftsman contractor saw for $100. My neighbor is retiring from woodworking due to health issues and he offered his saw to me - but I don't need it. I will try to get some pics of it if you are interested.
