Looks to be in good shape and has a router insert in the extension table. It has the old style base which may or may not appeal to you. It does have a Baldor motor which should be appealing to any buyer. I have one of these saws and find it suits my needs quite nicely. A big plus is the Delta mobile base - those are getting close to $200 these days.
