Curly Black Walnut

Anyone interested in these pen blanks before I turn them loose on IAP for $2.50 a peice? There’s an interesting mix of heart and sapwood and curly running trough the blanks. Should make for a very intersting pen / pencil.

If your interested, I about 50. This is a sample and may not be the actual blanks you recieve. Blanks are dry, measures 3/4"sq x 5 1/2" Curly Black Walnut.

I found 2x digital zoom feature on my camera - I think it makes for a better picture, what do you think?

I don't know if it makes for a better picture, but I sure do wish I could talk the budget committee into buying a lathe so I could make pens! that is some pretty wood!

I can't really tell whether I like 1x or 2x zoom but the wood is impressive. I'd like to get some of that curly stock in furniture size pieces!!
