Craftsman radial arm saw upgrade kit.

I just picked up a model 113.197751 saw for real cheap and found out about the recall or upgrade kit. Unfortunately they are out of the kits for this particular model. Does anyone know of any other way or obtaining a kit? Maybe someone knows of someone with one who never installed it.
