I appreciate the team effort getting those emails answered promptly - sometimes when I check the email I find a reply that suggests that someone has already addressed the problem. That's awesome, but it makes me wonder if we're duplicating our efforts sometimes.
I would suggest that anyone who replies to one of these messages, please hit the "reply to all" button instead of the "reply" button on your email -- that way a copy of your reply gets sent back to the webmaster email account and we ALL know that the issue has been addressed. Also, try to guide people to post in the "problems & bugs" section whenever possible.
