Yep, Sandflex pads (blocks?). Buy the set, it's a once in a lifetime purchase, I have had the same set for many years. They are the same composition all the way through, I guess that it's possible to wear them out but I won't live long enough to know for sure.

WD-40 the top. Sand with a high grit (320 or higher). Wipe down. If any rust still on the top, repeat the two steps. Then hit it with paste wax or something like Carbon Method.
