Why can't I place an item on Classifieds? I saw the bulletin; but, I don't understand what it means. Thanks

We encourage members to introduce themselves in the Who We Are forum and require a member to have five (5) posts before posting in the Classifieds. The idea is to keep folks from joining the site only to post a Classified.
