The leg pattern material is some sort of hardboard that was originally the cover of a pull-down attic ladder. I haven't seen anything like it in a store. 1/4" MDF is pretty close and is what a lot of people use for such templates. After drawing the shape, I cut it on the bandsaw and finished it on a belt sander.
Fun fact: the radius on the bottom of the legs is the same as the radius on the arched skirt piece. After cutting the arc on the cardboard mockup, I tried it on the leg, and it looked right so I ran with it.
The sheet of graph paper in the original post is the extent of the plans, sorry. Most of the dimensions are as noted in the drawing. It was designed specifically to fit in that corner, over that basket, with room for the basket to open. So the critical dimensions of 32" leg length and 27" top width remained the same. I ended up making the top 13" deep instead of the 12" in the drawing.
