Steve has been working hard at revamping our user and group/title permissions as they had become something of an adminstrative mess after 5 years of unstructured ad-hoc additions. The error means that Steve has overlooked a permission for your user classification.

Earlier in the week I (and other admins) were locked out with the same error, now that you have reported the issue I'm sure Steve will have it corrected in short order.

I'm backing off this one personally solely because I'm not sure where Steve is at progress wise with his reworkings of permissions, so I don't want to go in there and start changing things on him.
