Well, sorry about this, but we had to change the help again. The new software that we were using is just not ready and/or suited for our needs. It didn't use the base forum software to store it posts. So, New Posts and Recent Threads didn't show stuff in there. Plus, you couldn't use the same search to find stuff.
We have returned to using the forums themselves for the Help Desk. The only difference is that when you click on Help Desk at the top or start a new new thread in the that forum, you will be given a "form" to make some selections and then the actual post will end up in a standard format. That will make our jobs a bit easier and will help a bit in finding stuff either in searches of manually
