Like a stand-up shaving horse. I can see how it would be handy for scooping out a spoon bowl by letting you move the blank around quickly to attack different angles.

I have been thinking about building a stand up shave horse for a couple years.
I need a portable stand alone version that folds up or is easily taken apart to fit in my car.
I thought about just making longer legs for my current shaving horse, can't get my mind around that one yet.
Maybe extendable legs? I would like to be able to talk to people while I work without looking up so much.
