This Fan Art Portrait was made on my @toocaa_official 40w Laser from 1/4 inch material from @buildersdiscountcenter
The file is from @scrollsawvillage
The backer board is also thin material while the frame is an upcycled 2x4
I made the frame on my @rikon_powertools table saw and @craftsman router table and I glued it together with @thegorillagluecompany wood glue
I stained the portrait and the frame with @minwaxusa wood stains and I painted the backer board and corner badges, also thin material, with @rustoleum spray paints
For final assembly, I used medium grade CA Glue and Activator from @klingsporswoodworkingshop
I finished the project off with several coats of @rustoleum clear gloss.
I think this fan art came out perfect of the swashbuckling pirate
You might see, I have a fascination with the character.
