My brother lives outside of Schenectady, NY and is a retired machinist with an extensive metal working shop in his basement. He also sometimes turns wood on his 10” metal lathe. These segmented canisters were turned by him over the years and he asked me to share. Apparently glued up solid and then hollowed. He also has a band sawmill and plenty of trees in a forest.
