box joint jig

I finally got around to making a good box joint jig.
Yes its a bit ugly but it works good.
I used a 1/4 x 20tpi threaded rod, a captured ball bearing in one end and i threaded a block of UHMW
for the other end so that I have 0 play in the screw assy.
I checked it out with a couple of scrap pieces (there different thickness :wsad:) but they came out very good, 1/4" joints.

Nice Earl,

That reminds me of the one from Woodgears.ca, but his was for his tablesaw.

Just realized how much MDF was used, very nice~!
