Best Mini-Split?

A guy I works with has installed 7-8 mini splits. He recommended Senville to me. I put one in my in-laws place at the coast last summer. Aside from user error on my part installing it I’ve been very pleased with it. It’s definitely a good value for the money imho

Despite my earlier comment I ended up putting a Senville in my barn last year and so far so good. Install was easy with a few special tools for bending and flaring the copper and to get the full warranty, I just had to have a licensed tech do the start up. Easily kept the barn above 60F even during this crazy weather and my Jan electric bill for the barn was $20

My Perfect Aire 18k BTU 23.3 SEER is still doing well. It turned 2 years old yesterday.

However, the price has jumped from $1,498.00 to $2,287.00 It's also is now showing at 21 SEER2

if you want to install it yourself legally, I found that between mr cool and zone air (the two most recognized diy mini splits) zone air is better. but mr cool is cheaper. so if you want quality get a zone air diy system, if you only care about price get the mr cool
